CLiMB content is completely contextualized for healthcare, building on Catalyst Learning's in-depth experience in healthcare learning and workforce development. CLiMB addresses common issues related to poor performance, offering managers throughout your organization access to standardized, high-quality training for entry and mid-level employees.

Lessons and activities use real-world scenarios from healthcare-specific settings and focus on the job positions of the targeted learner. Scenarios were created based on input from customers and subject matter experts and show how behaviors can be applied immediately on the job.

CLiMB Microlearning Model

CLiMB microlearning modules are approximately 10 minutes in length and can be accessed from any location with a computer or tablet. Associates are prompted in why the specific skill is important, learn an easily-remembered model, practice the skill via scenario based application, and receive suggestions for follow-up on the job.

CLiMB can be used in a variety of ways:

  • To build specific skills with independent study

  • To strengthen supervisor coaching skills in performance improvement and corrective action, building efficient 1:1 “teachable moments”

  • To provide group learning in structured applications, such as department meetings or onboarding

Beyond the content library, Catalyst Learning provides extensive support for CLiMB customers. Our team works with yours to: define best applications for your organization; provide instruction in using Manager Coaching tools and Product Guides; and measure RoI on your CLiMB investment.
