School at Work® (SAW) is the premier developmnet system for front-line workers in the healthcare industry. The blended SAW learning instructional model delivers education and career advising on-site at the employer location. Over 6500 students in 355 hospitals in 40 states have used School at Work since 2002. The typical SAW student is a 25 - 40 year old employed in an entry-level position in nursing, office support, dietary or housekeeping.

School at Work students take two courses over eight months. SAW is a "bridge" program for employees who need a refresh on basic skills and a boost of confidence.

Expanding Your Career and Healthcare Opportunities® (ECHO) is designed for mid-level staff who are seeking to: move to a clinical position; refresh study skills before attending college; or gain knowledge in medical terminology or anatomy and physiology. The typical ECHO student is employed in a mid-level clerical position or as a nurse aide. With the introduction of ECHO, Catalyst Learning adds to the range of products available to meet the continuum fo healthcare employee development needs.

ECHO students take one course over five months. ECHO is not a "next step" for SAW graduates; ECHO students already possess the aptitude to quickly advance into clinical roles, yet need a career plan and a refresher on study skills before college.

PASS is the result of a collaborative effort between Catalyst Learning Company and Houghton Mifflin Learning Technology’s SkillsTutor.

SkillsTutor educational and professional services focus primarily on the K-12 school market with a secondary focus on the school to work & adult basic skills market. SkillsTutor is a market leader in remediation and core skills building
