CareerCare Administrators

CareerCare was developed with the busy HR professional in mind; its self-paced design eliminates the need for labor intensive one-on-one career advising. A site administrator, commonly pulled from the ranks of the hospital's human resources or education department, manages the licenses. Since CareerCare is often the first step in a career coaching discussion, an ideal Administrator is familiar with educational and vocational opportunities within the organization.
